The event commences with a FREE of charge Seminar for delegates. Join IITT Learning Academy Manager, Mac Macdonald as he shows you how to truly monitor, assess and benchmark trainers, in a live environment.

The opening day of the event also includes the opportunity to visit the growing exhibition area, which features over 20 of the leading learning suppliers, as well as the IITT Area where you can catch up with the latest developments from the learning community’s leading Institute.

Focus Sessions (3.00pm – 4.00pm)

The new icons in e-learning: repurpose generic e-learning resources

Learn how you can now repackage, tailor and bespoke Jenison’s generic elearning resources to meet your organisations specific learning & development needs.

During this session Conrad will highlight how easy it is to take one of the titles from the Jenison library of resources and show you how to:

  • Insert your existing video & audio assets
  • Create questions and information slides to test knowledge and understanding
  • Add resources and collateral to underpin the learning outcomes of the resource
  • Enhance the integrated reflective Mirror feature to modify learner’s behaviour pattern

Rapid eLearning WorkshopKaplan

Our rapid eLearning workshop is full of tips and tricks to help you rapidly create professional eLearning lessons for your workforce. We will arm you with the resources and theory to put our formula into practise in your own eLearning environment.

During the workshop we will walk you through a list of steps to enable you to create, edit and deploy a fully functional lesson, without the need for any specialist programming skills, and you will be able to take the completed lesson away with you to use when you are back in the workplace.

Fellows’ Symposium (3.30pm-5.00pm)

The Fellows’ Symposium, sponsored by Toolwire, is open to Fellows of the Institute and selected guests. The Symposium will act as a sounding board for ideas around the Institute’s future direction. There is no charge for attending.

It will take the form of a 90-minute discussion, led by a panel of leading analysts and members of the Institute’s Members’ Advisory Board. We will be exploring 3 questions:

  • The key challenges in organisational learning today
  • Proving the value of learning
  • Building the learning department of the future

The panel for the event will be:

Networking Dinner with special guest speaker (6.00pm-11:30pm)

On the evening of 13th September, the highly popular LEARNING LIVE Welcome Reception & Networking Dinner will take place, providing you with the chance to network and exchange ideas and experiences with your colleagues in other companies in a relaxed and informal environment, whilst enjoying a beautifully prepared 4 course meal and after dinner entertainment which will continue late into the night.


Wednesday 14th September – Conference & Exhibition Day (9.30am-4.45pm)

The Conference & Exhibition Day features 15 sessions grouped into five streams. Additionally, there are our popular workshop sessions running throughout the day. With an IITT Members delegate fee of £395, the IITT National Conference & Exhibition represents exceptional value for money as a learning event alone. In addition, delegates have the chance to network, to meet leading industry thought leaders informally, and to visit the accompanying exhibition, providing access to the latest learning products and services.
